LATE CANCELLATIONS
What You Need to Know
At Wash, we do our best to make sure all your needs are taken care of. We want to take a moment to inform you about our cancellation policy to ensure a smooth and transparent experience for both our valued clients and our team. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to the need for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. However, as a courtesy to our team and other clients who may be on our waiting list, we have implemented a cancellation policy.
Our cancellation policy states that if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request you provide us ample notice. This allows us to accommodate other clients and adjust our schedule accordingly.
In the event that a cancellation is made the day before your appointment, we will apply a charge of 35% of the services booked to your account. If you cancel same day its a 50% fee of services booked. We understand that emergencies can occur, and we will certainly take those into consideration on a case-by-case basis.
We believe that this policy is fair and necessary to ensure that all of our clients receive the best possible service and to minimize any inconvenience caused by last-minute cancellations. By adhering to this policy, we can better manage our schedule and provide the same level of exceptional service to all of our clients.

Inform Us in Advance
Wash is a very popular Hair Salon. This means we’re usually booked to capacity. If you show up late to your appointment (without letting us know), we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to give you the complete allotted time since we don’t want to keep any of our other clients waiting unncessarily.
