Erica, has been in the beauty industry for over 20 years. In 2007, Erica embarked on an exciting journey by opening her first salon, Head Rush. After closing that chapter and starting a bridal business
she was driven by her desire to recreate the familial atmosphere of a salon and provide a nurturing environment for artists to flourish, Erica opened Wash Salon along with Jacqui & Richie(Bangz Salon). This venture allowed her embrace her role as a mentor and guide, helping stylists develop their careers in a non-competitive, warm, and fun environment.
Erica has attended color classes with renowned brands such as Goldwell, Wella, Redken, and Blacklight, ensuring they stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques. Additionally, Erica has honed her cutting skills through classes with esteemed stylists like Ruth Roche and KMS. Her expertise extends to updo styling, and she has acquired certifications in various hair extension methods, including Babe tape-in extensions, Habit hair extensions, and the most recent addition, Invisible bead extensions.
Whether you're seeking a transformative haircut, a stunning color, or expert advice, she will be happy to take care of you. One of her favorite parts is creating long lasting relationships with her clients, having many from her originally HR days!

Gianna is 24 years old and grew up in port washington and currently still lives there. She went to Quinnipiac university and then went to Arrojo Cosmetology studying under Nick Arrojo who masters in razor cutting. She worked at a salon in oceanside for 3 years and She has been doing hair for 5 years and specializes in balayage, haircuts and is certified in K-18 treatments. Gianna is a bubbly fun loving person who makes great connections with her clients.
